Shipping and Returns
Can I request a return of my billy?
Exceptionally for the official launch of billy, we accept returns within 14 days, even if you have already opened and tested your billy.
To request a return, go to your customer area and click on Request a return on your order. We will then contact you to finalize the return and refund process.
If your billy is already open:
It must be clean and like new, and returned in its original box with all its accessories.
If you haven't opened your billy:
If your billy is still in its blister pack, you have 14 days to request a return and send it back for a refund.
Good to know:
As the billy intimate trimmer is a personal hygiene product, once opened it cannot be put back on sale, so returns are normally no longer possible, but as we are sure you will love your billy, we are accepting returns for a limited time at launch.
How to request a return?
To request a return, go to your customer area and select the order in question: Request a return. We will then contact you to confirm the return's eligibility and finalize the return and refund process.
Please note: Do not send your billy until you have received a return number and return address, otherwise we will not be able to process your return or refund.
Is delivery free?
Yes , to celebrate the official launch of billy, we are offering you free delivery via Mondial Relay and home delivery for orders over a certain amount.
Is delivery of the blades free?
Yes , we offer a specific delivery method for blades purchased individually: tracked shipping in bubble wrap by La Poste.
What delivery methods are available?
We offer several delivery methods:
- Delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay
- Home delivery with DPD
- Express delivery
- Delivery by tracked letter from La Poste for individual blades (individually or in regular delivery)
What is the delivery time?
We do our best to ship all orders placed on weekdays before 1pm the same day.
Once shipped, your package will take between 2 and 4 days to arrive at its destination in France and between 4 and 8 days in the European Union.
If you are in a hurry, we also offer express shipping.
Order and Warranty
Is the billy guaranteed?
Yes, your Billy is guaranteed for 2 years or for life if you have taken the regular delivery of blades:
If you ordered your billy on its own, it comes with a 2-year warranty. In the event of a malfunction, contact our team and we'll set up a replacement procedure for your billy.
If you ordered your billy with a regular delivery of blades, your billy is guaranteed unlimited as long as this subscription is active (more details in the T&Cs).
Does my blade subscription extend my billy's warranty?
Yes , if you purchased your billy with a regular blade delivery subscription, your billy is guaranteed for an unlimited period for the duration of your subscription.
What should I do if my billy stops working?
If your billy is no longer working, contact our team to find the most appropriate solution.
How to contact Billy customer service?
You have several solutions:

Our team does its best to respond as quickly as possible and is mostly available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on working days (and sometimes beyond)

We sometimes offer discounts in 2 formats:

Can we order a pack?
You can create your own Billy pack by adding the products you want to your cart and the discounts will appear directly in your cart.

If you order your billy with regular blade delivery, here are your benefits:

How do I order a regular delivery of blades?
There are two ways to start your subscription:
- When you order your billy , you can choose the format with regular delivery of blades. Depending on the delivery frequency selected, you will automatically receive a discount on your billy and on future blades sent.
- If you already have your billy, you can order your blades and choose regular delivery directly from the product sheet .
