Contest Rules "Favorite Review"

Article 1 – Organization

The company Billy Trimmer, whose registered office is located at 40 rue Alexandre Dumas 75011 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 941470346, organizes a contest called “Favorite Review” open to anyone who has placed an order on the online store https://billy-trimmer.com/.

Article 2 – Participation conditions

Participation in the contest is free and without any additional purchase obligation.
To participate, simply:

  • Have placed an order on https://billy-trimmer.com/ during the contest period;

  • Leave a review on the ordered product, accompanied by a photo or video, via the form provided on the website or via the link received by email.

Article 3 – Winner selection procedures

For every 5 new reviews received on the Billy, the Billy Trimmer team will select their “favorite” review in a completely subjective way, according to their personal preferences (originality, photo/video quality, sincerity of the comment, etc.).
The winner’s choice is left entirely to the organizer’s discretion and is not based on any predefined objective criteria.

Article 4 – Prize

The prize awarded to the winner may vary. It may be:

  • Or a refund of €30 on the order placed (refund made to the payment method used, within a maximum of 30 days after the winner announcement);

  • Either one year’s supply of blades for the Billy trimmer, or 4 blades with a unit value of €29 including tax. In this case, the organizer reserves the right to deliver the blades all at once or in quarterly shipments, by tracked mail or any other means of their choice.

Article 4 bis – Cases of product return and refund

In case of product return or full or partial refund of the order, the prize is automatically canceled.
No compensation or claims may be requested in this regard. Participation in the contest and awarding of a prize do not entitle any benefits in case of return.

Article 5 – Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided during the order.
If there is no response within 15 days, the prize will be awarded to another participant.

Article 6 – Personal data

Data collected as part of the contest is processed in accordance with current regulations (GDPR).
Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their data by contacting us.

Article 7 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
By participating, each candidate acknowledges having read the rules, understands all the terms, and accepts the entirely subjective nature of the winner’s selection by the organizer.
Participants expressly waive any dispute, claim, or appeal regarding the organization, conduct, results, or awarding of the prize, whether they win or not.
No complaints will be considered, whatever their nature.

Article 8 – Modification and early termination of the contest

The organizer reserves the right to end the contest at any time, without notice or justification.
The organizer may also modify, at any time and without notice, the participation conditions, the winner selection methods, the nature or value of the prize, as well as the frequency or number of awards.
No claims may be made by participants in this regard, regardless of the progress of the contest or expectations.
