How to know when it's time to change your blade:
If you use your Billy mower once a week, aim for 6 months. If you use it several times a week, aim for 3-4 months. The idea is to change the blade before it becomes really dull.
You'll know it's time when Billy starts pulling at your intimate hairs instead of cutting them cleanly. If you feel it snagging a bit, having to go over the same spot several times, or the cut isn't as precise as before, that's a sign. A worn blade makes grooming your sensitive areas less comfortable and increases the risk of irritation.
