Terms of the offer
If you order your Billy during this special offer (valid until 31/12/2026), you benefit from a 30-day return right if you do not like it.
To make a return, request it from your customer area or contact our team via the contact page, chat, or Instagram.
Eligibility conditions:
The Billy must be returned in new condition (even if tried), in its original packaging and with all accessories (including those offered or free). If these conditions are not met, a partial refund may be applied.
For customers in France: A return number will be assigned to you along with the return address. We will also provide you with a Mondial Relay return label. Warning: any return without a number or sent to a different address cannot be refunded.
For customers outside France: A return number will be assigned to you and we will send you the return address. You may make the return by the means/carrier of your choice.
Return costs:
Shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund (on average €5.50 for France). Returns from other countries are at your expense and can be made by the carrier of your choice. Especially for this offer, we will not withhold the logistical handling fees (usually €13).

Reçue hier, je l'ai testée tout l'heure au soleil sur ma terrasse avec de l'huile d'amande douce et bien je suis bcp moins rouge et irritée avec ma Billy qu'avant avec mon rasoir !
J'ai la peau très sensible, qui marque vite. Et là, juste un peu rouge où j'ai dû repasser.
J'ai testé en zone intime avec le sabot 3mm, parfait ! Elle est très maniable et facile à nettoyer. Je l'ai reçue avec 99% de batterie, on verra pour la durée de cette dernière.
J'ai pris l'abonnement tous les 6mois avec, comme cela je ne me préoccupe pas de commander des nouvelles lames.
