Terms of the offer
If you order your Billy during this special offer (valid until 05/30/2025), you have the right to return it within 30 days if you don't like it.
To make a return, request one from your customer area or contact our team via the contact page, chat or Instagram.
Eligibility requirements:
The Billy must be returned in new condition (even if tested), in its original packaging and with all accessories (including those offered or free). If these conditions are not met, a partial refund may be issued.
For customers in France: You will be assigned a return number and a return address. We will also provide you with a Mondial Relay return label. Please note: any returns without a return number or sent to a different address will not be refunded.
For customers outside France: You will be assigned a return number and we will send you the return address. You can return your order using the method/carrier of your choice.
Return costs:
Shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund (€5.50 on average for France). Returns from another country are your responsibility and can be handled by the carrier of your choice. Specifically for this operation, we will not retain the logistics management fees (usually €13).

Exactement ce que je cherchais ! La billy coupe très court sans pour autant tout enlever ce qui évite les poils incarnés, c'est génial ! Ce n'est pas coupé à ras, mais tout de même assez court pour que je n'ai pas peur du regard qui pourrait y être porté :)
