If you order your Billy during this special offer (valid until 04/30/2025), you have the right to return it within 30 days if you don't like it.

The Billy must be returned in new condition (even if tested), in its original packaging and with all accessories (including those offered or free). If these conditions are not met, a partial refund may be issued.
You will be assigned a return number and a return address. We will also provide you with a Mondial Relay return label. Please note: any returns without a return number or sent to a different address will not be refunded.
Return costs:
